As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol Driver in Kingsburg, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
