We are the tech talent partners building the next wave of software engineering and digital delivery teams across the Microsoft world, .NET, Azure, Dev Ops, Product, Data and everything in between.

From global automotive giants to high growth digital platforms, we help create the tech that actually moves the world forward.

Since starting in 2021, we have grown, built a brand people remember, and delivered projects across the UK and Europe that matter. Now we are scaling again and looking for a new Permanent Tech Recruiter to join our Kingston HQ four days per week.

We want someone who is hungry to learn, curious about tech, and ready to build a proper career in recruitment.

Maybe you have done a bit of sales, resourcing or recruitment. Maybe you just love people and love tech. If you want somewhere you can move fast, earn well, and make an impact, this is it.

You will learn directly from our Founder and work alongside our Head of Permanent Recruitment, both proven high billers who have built elite engineering teams across the UK and Europe. You will join a close knit team where energy, ambition and personality matter far more than experience.

• Full 360 recruitment, right at the heart of clients and candidates.
• Build relationships with software engineers, product talent and delivery specialists across the UK and Europe.
• Win business with modern tech companies from start ups to enterprise brands.
• Run the entire recruitment process from taking a brief to closing an offer.
• Use creative sourcing and the latest tech tools to find elite technical talent.
• Partner with clients to understand their teams, projects and future hiring plans.
• Guide candidates through every step with clarity, honesty and energy.
