Fresh are seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to oversee operations at our student accommodation development Quebec House. Quebec House is a 130 bed student accommodation building located minutes from Central London. We’re looking for a General Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values excellence and wants to make a meaningful impact on residents within the building they are managing.

• Lead a dedicated on‑site team and create a supportive yet safe living environment for residents.
• Set the tone for the property, fostering collaboration and encouraging everyone to go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome.
• Oversee the effective management of the building, including managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders and proactively seeking solutions to ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional performance.
• Take full accountability for the day‑to‑day operations of a residential establishment, managing pressure effectively and driving operational efficiency.

• Proven experience taking full accountability for day‑to‑day operations of a residential establishment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a dedicated on‑site team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage pressure effectively and drive operational efficiency.
