Production Team Leader (4on 4off Days) Salary:
Basic £40,000 Commutable:
Wimbledon, Epsom, Staines, Chessington An exciting role has become available for a Production Team Leader on a 4on, 4off Days based role for a food manufacturer. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team on shift, provide training and development, ensure high levels of health & safety as well achieve company KPI's. This is a vital role within the business and will provide you with further opportunities to develop your career.

Skills required for the Production Team Leader:
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Production Team Leader or Supervisor or Manager position previously. Be prepare to work a 4on, 4off, 12 hour day shift. Have a strong people-focus, with the ability to manage at team and foster a proactive and positive culture. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage your team and key stakeholders within the business.

Our client is open to all production environments, however Food or FMCG is preferred. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Experience of working within ambient or chilled environments would be advantageous.
