Marketing and Communications Manager
Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 6RL
* Full time, 36 hours per week
* Term time + 3 weeks including GCSE and A Level results periods
* FTE £37,692 - £40,182 per annum (£34,938 to £37,246 per annum pro rata)

The Role
The Marketing and Communications Manager will develop and lead the school’s marketing and communications strategy, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the school’s profile, reputation and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading marketing and promotional activity across digital, print, social media and on-site channels
* Acting as brand champion, ensuring consistent use of the school’s identity and messaging
* Managing the school website, social media presence and PR activity
* Delivering clear, engaging communications for parents, staff, students and alumni
* Supporting whole-school events, community engagement and income-generating activities
* Working closely with senior leaders on communications strategy and media relations
