We are seeking an experienced and motivated Endoscopy Lead Nurse to join our respected private hospital in Kingston upon Thames. In this senior role, you will lead a dedicated endoscopy team, drive high standards of patient care, and support ongoing service development.

Strong endoscopy nursing background
Previous leadership or senior clinical experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A patient-centred, safety-focused approach
