This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a seasoned Director with a strong track record in transformation and change within housing services.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic plans across repairs, maintenance, and asset management, ensuring full compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards.

To be considered, you must be an established Director with at least 4 years’ experience.

• Lead the development and implementation of housing asset strategy, policy, and service‑wide plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant housing legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Drive transformation across repairs and maintenance services
• Develop and monitor service plans and performance frameworks
• Act as the lead for performance monitoring and reporting across housing property services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior colleagues, stakeholders, and elected members
• Champion service improvement and innovation across the portfolio

• Proven experience at Director level within housing or property services
• Strong background in transformation, change management, and service improvement
• Deep understanding of housing compliance, asset strategy, and maintenance operations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility environment
