Responsibilities
  • The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support to the Knowsley/St Helens/Warrington/Halton Senior Leadership team.
  • Provide base working only - supporting Microsoft Teams meetings and may be required to attend face to face meetings in either of the 4 boroughs.
  • Manage diaries of the leadership team.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Take comprehensive minutes: competent in taking live minutes in meetings, preparing for meetings in advance, chasing up outstanding actions, producing reports, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures at all times.
  • Organise own workload and coordinate workload activities within the team.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department, working on own initiative.
  • Travel between sites may be required.
  • Work with minimum supervision and demonstrate flexibility and initiative to contribute directly and positively to the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary.
  • Competence in diary management and meeting arrangements.
  • Competent in taking live minutes, preparing meetings, chasing actions, producing reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues in a busy environment.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
