Hours:

Monday-Friday, Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

Location:

Liverpool

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of specialist manufacturing equipment. You will play a key part in ensuring our production line runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Bespoke furnaces (operating up to 600°C)
• Polishers
• Intermac CNC machines
• Laminate ovens
• Sand blasters

• A proactive engineer with strong problem‑solving skills
• Experience with in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A solid background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on rotating shifts

• Three-phase systems
• Star-delta wiring
• Motors & motor control
• Sensors & relays
• Inverters

• Hydraulics & pneumatics
• Belts, chains & gearboxes
• Bearings
• General mechanical fault‑finding
