. This is an in-store cleaner position based in Sainsbury's Kirkcaldy store on a fixed-term basis. 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, with various shift patterns available (early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts) and weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is Sunday 13:00-19:00;
Monday and Tuesday are days off;
Wednesday 14:00-18:00;
Thursday 14:00-18:00;
Friday and Saturday vary.

• Operate cleaning machinery and carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within Sainsbury’s stores.
• Conduct thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping; perform toilet, surface, ceiling, window, and canopy cleaning as required.
• Work outside at times to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are applied.

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
