We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The role offers opportunities for career development and progression within the group.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and delivering the best possible experience.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on opportunities.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards; keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
• Support store operations by assisting in other departments when needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally; work with team members to achieve store targets.

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target.
• Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, and UPT; achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social customer engagement.
