• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Assess and identify vulnerabilities, and work proactively to minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities where applicable.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress.
• Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with company policy.
• Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones for daily activity planning.
• Provide detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities.

• Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Provide a full 5‑year checkable work or education history.
• If selected, bring right‑to‑work documents and a recent proof of address.
