Position: Service Desk Analyst: Incident Response & ITIL Support
A leading service provider in Kirkintilloch is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their Network Operations Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incidents and must ensure issues are logged and resolved within strict SLAs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and over 3 years of experience in a service desk environment.
