• Work closely with firm partners on complex assurance and financial reporting engagements.
• Lead and oversee assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage and develop client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses.
• Provide technical guidance on US GAAP and financial reporting matters.
• Mentor, develop, and lead accounting professionals, helping them grow within the firm.
• Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the assurance practice.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm's service offerings.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and long-term practice initiatives.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Significant public accounting experience, with a strong and recent background in assurance.
• Proven leadership experience managing engagements, developing teams, and mentoring accounting professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, particularly for privately held businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong business development skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine interest in long-term career growth and the potential to advance toward partnership.
• Proficiency with Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ProFX Engagement.
