Eastside Fashion Stylist

Purpose is looking for Fashion Stylists to join our Eastside team. This posting supports openings at our Downtown Kirkland and Totem Lake locations, including Purpose Boutique and Purpose Men & Sincere by Purpose.

Our Stylists create a personalized, high-energy shopping experience. You will spend your day connecting with customers, learning what makes them feel their best, building outfits, sharing thoughtful recommendations, and helping the store reach its sales goals.

This is a great role for someone with a strong service mindset, personal style, confidence talking with new people, and a genuine interest in helping customers. Formal fashion experience is welcome but not required; we care most about your ability to connect, learn, and create a memorable experience.

• Welcome and connect with customers in a warm, authentic way

• Learn each customer's needs and provide thoughtful styling recommendations

• Build outfits and recommend complementary items without pressure

• Drive sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and follow-through

• Maintain an inviting, organized, and visually appealing store environment

• Support merchandising, replenishment, inventory, and daily store operations

• Work collaboratively with teammates to create an energetic, positive store culture

• Learn Purpose products, values, and service standards

• A naturally warm, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality

• Retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, beauty, or styling experience is helpful

• Confidence engaging with customers and making recommendations

• A dependable teammate who takes ownership and follows through

• Interest in fashion, personal style, and helping people feel great

• Availability that includes weekends and other peak retail hours

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time team members average 24 or more hours per week; part-time schedules vary by store need.
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

All team members are eligible for a SIMPLE IRA with up to a 3% company match, paid time off, employee discounts, and performance-based bonus opportunities. Employees averaging 24 or more hours per week are eligible for medical and dental benefits, with Purpose covering 50% of medical coverage.
