American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring critical care experience and MO or compact RN licensure.
Details- ICU setting with a 10-bed unit
- Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
- Night shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Occasional floating required
- No on-call requirements
- Uses Med Host EMR
- Active MO or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
- Minimum 1 year of recent critical care/ICU experience required
- Balloon pump/Impella and trauma care experience preferred
- TNCC certification preferred
- Experience with drip titration and ventilator management nursing care
- Provide critical care nursing services including drip titration and vent management
- Scrub color requirement: any solid color
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
