- Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation + stocks + RSP + other perks
- Location: Kitchener/Waterloo, ON (Hybrid)
- Job Type: Full-time | Permanent position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while managing client expectations effectively
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams, fostering strong relationships and proactively addressing concerns
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, managing schedules and deliverables
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs
- Monitor and manage project financials, including billing, payments, and budget adherence
- Attend client and project meetings and participate in strategic planning discussions
- Support contract administration tasks and other duties as required
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project management role within the engineering or development industry
- Professional designation (P.Eng. preferred)
- Solid understanding of the subdivision process and municipal development approvals
- Knowledge of applicable government standards, engineering practices, and regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
