As the Expert Logistics & Network Excellence for North America, you’ll be the backbone of data integrity and process excellence. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, consistent master data across systems, act as the go‑to expert for ERP platforms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance. You’ll play a critical part in enabling smarter decisions and seamless operations.

• Lead Master Data Management (MDM) processes for North America, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business systems.
• Act as the primary Key User for ERP and related platforms, supporting data governance and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to maintain high‑quality master data and resolve data‑related issues.
• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and supporting global data standards.
• Provide training and guidance to local teams on data management policies, tools, and workflows.
• Support regional projects and system rollouts, serving as the liaison between business users and IT for data‑related requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5 plus years’ experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or data governance within ERP systems, SAP required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, acting as a bridge between business teams and IT.
• Knowledge of data standards, processes, and compliance requirements, ideally in a global or regional context.
