• Respond to leasing inquiries within 12 hours
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Assist with applications and qualification
• Ensure accurate lease completion and communication
• Monitor competitor rents and promotions

• 2+ years rental consulting or leasing experience
• Proven sales and closing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service
• Organized and able to multitask
• Reliable transportation and computer skills
