Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) is the management and architecture consulting unit within SAP Customer Services & Delivery board area, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their businesses. Our mission is to enhance technical implementations to business transformations with sustainable impact.

Join our dynamic regional SAP Enterprise Architects - RISE team within BT&A, executing on our mission to simplify and modernize IT landscapes, reducing complexity and operational costs, while fostering innovations to support evolving business needs for RISE customers.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As an Enterprise Architect - RISE (f/m/d), you guide customers' digital transformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advancing the RISE with SAP initiative, promoting Clean Core principles, and accelerating SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.

You will utilize internal and external available customer specific information to develop a comprehensive reference Enterprise Architecture – RISE Model for our customers aligning with their business objectives. In your role, you will work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary team of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You will increase the customer’s value by driving activities such as:

• Developing reference architecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices
• Providing architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles
• Identifying innovation use cases that benefit our customers' strategic and operational objectives
• Advising customer management on architecture and transformation activities
• Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks
• Aligning customers and partners with SAP’s Clean Core strategy accelerating BTP adoption

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for dynamic and advisory-minded colleagues from a multi-national environment who can effectively drive standards, organizational change, and innovation.

What you will bring:

• 5-10 years of practical experience from a multi-national environment advising management and working as an enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor
• Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps
• Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role from process design to after GoLive, ideally including support and optimization
• S/4
  
  HANA technical and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA application/functional knowledge/experience
• Professional training and certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus
• Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product portfolio, and their impact on business
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Informatics, Business Administration or any comparable education
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong communication skills regarding senior management and C-levels, both within an IT team and across business functions
• Mindset for strategic thinking, continuous learning, and business acumen
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment
• Excellent English and German language skills
