Salary : Up to £26,984.10 basic | OTE up to £35,784.10 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re now looking for a Service Advisor to join our friendly, customer-focused Aftersales team. If you’re organised, professional, and enjoy helping people, this could be your perfect next step.

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings in a professional, efficient manner
• Advising customers on recommended repairs, services, and estimated costs
• Upselling genuine Toyota parts, accessories, and value-added services
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s journey in our workshop
• Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth and timely job completion
• Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Providing a warm, helpful, and consistent customer experience every time

• Basic salary up to £26,984.10 (dependent on experience)
• On-target earnings up to £35,784.10
• 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 33 with length of service
