Position: 2x Shift Maintenance Engineers
Permanent Position Salary: £35,000 £ 50,000 (DOE & qualifications) Shift Pattern: 3 on / 2 off 2 on / 3 off, 6am6pm About the Opportunity Our client is a leading UK food manufacturer specialising in high-quality beef and meat products for major retailers and food-service customers . We are looking for two Maintenance Engineers due signification operational growth to join their expanding engineering function.

These role offers a fantastic opportunity for Engineers looking to develop within a high-performing team. Were looking for strong electrical/mechanical maintenance background within engineering and manufacturing environments, ideally working on food machinery/manufacturing. About You ONC Level 3 (minimum) or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Understanding of both electrical and mechanical principles (bias in either is acceptable) Experience in maintenance within an engineering environment (junior to mid-level) Food manufacturing experience preferred but not essential 17th/18th Edition qualification beneficial but not required Role Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a wide range of production/packaging machinery Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability Reduce downtime and increase productivity through proactive engineering support Manage workloads via the maintenance board, ensuring accurate documentation and completion of worksheets Perform mechanical tasks, machine strip-downs, rebuilds, and general engineering duties Benefits Competitive Annual Salary - £35,000-£50,000 (DOE) Onsite gym Staff shop Free onsite parking Yearly attendance bonus
