Mnagement Accountant

Permanent Management Accountant job with a dynamic and progressive company in Knutsford, Cheshire. Your new role Reporting to the UK Finance Controller, you will take control of the UK/Ireland management accounts, providing supervisory support to two transactional team members, ensuring they meet deadlines and resolving any queries.

Working independently, you will liaise with stakeholders from various non-finance teams as well as Finance Business Partners on the profit and loss of the entities, providing analysis and the management accounts pack etc. You will also report your pack to the UK FC and head office accounting team. What you'll need to succeed With a strong current management accounting skill set, you will provide recent evidence of your technical experience and ability to work on your own initiative, providing solutions to queries, updating controls and procedures as well as supervising a small team.

You will be currently studying CIMA/ACCA with a view to qualifying as this position will offer progression to a Finance Manager role. Being curious and wanting to investigate problems/issues proactively, will be an essential requirement for you to succeed in this position.
