Senior Sales Negotiator

Position: Senior Sales Negotiator (Permanent)
We are partnering with a highly successful and busy estate agency based in Knutsford to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with prior estate agency experience and a proven track record to join a high performing, supportive team.

The agency is one of the largest volume offices in the North West, handling a wide range of residential properties across North Cheshire and South Manchester. They pride themselves on delivering outstanding results for their clients through exceptional customer service and a proactive sales approach.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will:

* Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored advice

* Conduct property viewings and highlight key features

* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes

* Manage administrative tasks including property listings and records

* Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external agencies to ensure smooth transactions

* Assist with marketing properties across multiple channels, including social media

* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

* Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals

The Candidate

* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property sector

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Knowledge of the North Cheshire and South Manchester property market

* A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

Package

* Starting basic £25,000 - £30,000

* Uncapped OTE – highest earner currently earning £190k
