Senior Sales Negotiator

Due to internal promotion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, well presented and career driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a top performing mid-high end independent agency within their award winning Knutsford office. My clients have gained an unrivalled reputation based on top tier service and exceptional attention to detail and are keen to add a very polished candidate to their team.

• £25k – £30k basic salary
• £40k OTE
• Parking on site
• Mileage
• One of the areas top agents

• Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
• Following office procedures & policies
• Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Registering Applicants and attending viewings
• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
• Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
• Ad hoc valuations
• Provide support to the branch manager as required

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
