• Work on shift rota basis across the week, including early, daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Safeguard swimmers and non‑swimmers, ensuring the pool remains welcoming and safe.
• Encourage repeat visits and create lasting happy memories with lane swimming, pool parties, family swims and swimming lessons.

• NPLQ qualification required, or must be enrolled in one of our NPLQ courses.
• Standard or Enhanced DBS check required – disclose any relevant information before the check is initiated.
• Good communication and customer service skills to support workplace learning and further study.
