Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in Python, SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
Woking knowledge of ETL and Data Platforms with SAP data (SAP being the source for OLAP)
Knowledge of Snowflake's architecture, features, and best practices.
Proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions using Snowflake
Responsibilities include:
Design and develop data pipelines to provide high-performance, live query access.
Involving in data exploitation and the development of analytical data models with SAP data using AtScale semantic layer.
Work with the broader data team to integrate with existing data infrastructure and tools.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery.·
Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and tune SQL queries and data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
Implement data governance and best practices for data quality, security, and compliance within Snowflake databases
Primary Skills :
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with experience in Snowflake.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, Snowflake architecture and best practices.
Proficiency in Python, SQL for data manipulation , query optimization and designing and implementing data solutions using snowflake.
Woking knowledge of ETL and Data Platforms with SAP data (SAP being the source for OLAP)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data accessibility.
Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development in snowflake and SAP /cloud platforms.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Secondary Skills :
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
Experience with data governance and security practices is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Proficiency in Git version control.
Adaptability and willingness to learn modern technologies and methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
