We are seeking an experienced Accounts - Executive profile with at least 4-6 years of experience for Kolkata location who will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial records by reconciling company accounts, identifying discrepancies, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare reconciliation statements and supporting schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance) to resolve reconciliation issues.
Ensure accurate posting of transactions in accounting systems.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for reconciliations.
Assist in statutory audits and internal audits by providing required reconciliation data.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports related to reconciliations and outstanding items.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven experience in accounts reconciliation or accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
