Team Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Male Team Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in Word Press (mandatory), along with working knowledge of Laravel, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace. The candidate must have hands on experience leading a team of 20+ developers, managing project workflows, and communicating directly with clients.

Experience

4 to 6yrs

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of 20+ developers across multiple web technologies.
Develop, manage, and maintain websites primarily in Word Press, and other platforms like Laravel, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace.
Handle end-to-end project communication with clients.
Allocate tasks, review code, and ensure timely project delivery with quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve development issues efficiently.

Requirements

Strong command over Word Press development (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization).
Working knowledge of Laravel, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace.
Proven experience in leading a technical team.
Good understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
