Windows Admin
Windows Server, Cloud,
Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
Provide L3 support for complex incidents and resolve escalated issues.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File/Print Services.
Oversee Windows Cluster management, Failover, and High Availability solutions.
Maintain and optimize VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.
Perform patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening.
Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities.
Implement backup and recovery solutions using tools like Veeam or Commvault.
Develop automation scripts using Power Shell for routine tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and migrations.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies

Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, or Hyper-V virtualization
Hands-on experience with patch management, security hardening, and clustering.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for L3-level escalations
Good-to-Have:
Experience in ITIL process related to Incident, configuration, Change, Problem and capacity management tools
