Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop reports, and create dashboards that enhance strategic and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
- Support data governance, documentation, and best practices in data management.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic projects or decision-making.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- 1–2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
