Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Boy Biker, located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include timely delivery of products to designated locations, ensuring product safety during transportation, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. The role may also involve basic logistics management and participating in relevant training programs to improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Customer service skills, ensuring polite and professional interactions with clients
Logistics management and transportation skills for efficient route planning and safe delivery of goods
Basic training and experience in handling food and beverage delivery or similar services preferred
Valid driver's license with knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
Strong time management and organizational skills
