Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Quality Incharge – Apparel (Fast Fashion) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. The role involves monitoring quality at every production stage, ensuring speed without compromising quality. You will handle quick checks, AQL standards, and coordination with production teams for prompt corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality during cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
- Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections for fast fashion styles.
- Identify defects quickly and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure garments meet measurement, fit, and finishing standards.
- Check fabric quality, trims, print durability, stitching strength, and color consistency.
- Maintain inspection reports and daily quality records.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve issues quickly due to fast TAT.
- Support AQL inspections and communicate quality concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure daily output meets brand quality standards while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology or related fields.
- Min 3 years of experience in woven knitted, quality checking (fast fashion preferred).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and common defects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround cycles.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Understanding of AQL standards and basic quality systems.
