Associate lawyer specialized in banking and finance law

To strengthen our team in Geneva within our Banking, Finance & Fin Tech department, we are looking for :

An associate lawyer specialized in banking and finance law (80 to 100%)

• With a legal background in Swiss law and an excellent academic record, any diploma or post‑graduate qualification following the bar exam would be an advantage
• Having at least two to three years of experience in the field of banking and financial law, especially within the regulatory and contractual aspects (FinSA, FinIA, AML and CISA)
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of German would be an asset
• Able to establish good relations with clients and to follow up on their requests with diligence and a sense of service
• Dynamic with a good sense of initiative, able to prioritize and work with deadlines
• Computer literate, in particular the Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word and the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Appreciating both teamwork and working independently
