Underthe supervision of the Project Manager, the Electrical Field Engineer is responsible for the project's electrical activities. They also ensure compliance with technical procedures on site. The Electrical Field Engineer is responsible for supervising and communicating the progress of electrical workfor wind turbines. They ensure compliance with standards, plan and organizesite activities with the coordinator, and act as a liaison between the variousproject stakeholders.

They monitor work progress, prepare monitoring reports,participate in site meetings and quality inspections, while respectingdeadlines and the allocated project budget. This role is carried out on-site,full-time.

Haute Chaudière Wind Farm is part of Quebec's energy transition,which aims to increase the province's wind power production capacity. It consists of 20 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 120 MW. This clean,renewable energy source will be integrated into Hydro-Québec's transmission and distribution network. The wind farm is located on private and public lands, in a forested area in theterritories of the municipalities of Frontenac, Audet and the Town ofLac-Mégantic in the MRC du Granit.

• Holda bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a college diploma, or any relevant experience
• 1 to5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Fluencyin oral and written French, as well as intermediate knowledge of English
• Highgeographic mobility
• Holda valid driver's license
• Abilityto work in a team and communicate both verbally and in writing
• Autonomy and leadership
• Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills
• Abilityto adapt to a high-stress environment and weather fluctuations(construction site)

• Referto the Superintendent of his own work trade
• Runthe Quality Plan throughout his/her work inspection
• Actas an intermediary, between the contractor and the subcontractor,regarding the work quality of the trade in question
• Haveaccess to all the work and have the authority to
• Identifyquality issues and deviations points in the overall quality and environmental quality
• Undertaketo find, recommend, and provide solutions to problems
• Stopany activity that contravenes the materials quality or environmentalrestriction
• Supervise the process of solving a problem until it is completely resolved
• Writenon-compliances reports, when necessary
• Support the project members in the implementation of the Quality Plan
• Ensurethe validity of documents related to the quality and monitors them
• Conductindependent inspections in accordance with the Execution Procedures andITP’s
• Ensure that those responsible for the quality inspections of subcontractor’s workdo their job and makes thenecessaryinspections as required
• Ensure that all materials used in the work he/she oversees is deemed compliant byan independent laboratory or subcontractor’s quality inspectors
• Trackreception of material and inventory
• Compileand interpret the data and statistics related to the work executed
• Identify issues and monitors corrective actions
• Produce,in collaboration with the Superintendent, the project end recordsdepending on the progress ofwork
• Other related duties
