Description:
Seeking an experienced circulating RN for the operating room.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
The schedule consists of three 12-hour day shifts with mandatory on-call rotation.
Weekend coverage is required.
The facility utilizes the EPIC documentation system.
Candidates must be familiar with various surgical procedures including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, appendectomy, and laparoscopic surgeries.
Experience in robotic surgery techniques is highly desirable.
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in monitoring patients pre- and post-operation.
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team is essential.
Candidates are expected to manage patient care effectively and efficiently throughout their shifts.
Participation in adhering to infection control and safety protocols is required.
This role will require the ability to float within the hospital based on patient census needs.
Compliance with time-off requests is at the discretion of the manager.
All candidates must present a current Nursys report.
