Wayfare Energy is seeking an experienced Solar Installer Lead to manage PV solar installations for residential sites across the Palm Beach/Broward County area. You will oversee the installation team, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires at least 1 year of residential install experience, ability to lead a crew, and willingness to travel to job sites. NABCEP certification is preferred and OSHA 10/30 may be valued.
