Samaritan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Medicine Outpatient team in Mt Laurel, NJ. This part-time role involves consultation and follow-up visits across home, facilities, and clinics, collaborating with families and primary care physicians to deliver patient-centered care.
The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage symptoms and goals of care, build relationships with patients and staff, and participate in after hours call rotation.
