What You Will Be DoingAs a Lottery Administrator, you will work as part of a large team to ensure the efficient operation of the weekly lotteries. Responsibilities include running lottery draws, handling customer service calls, processing mail, and resolving lottery member queries. The role involves data entry and verification for new members, renewals, and payments, as well as managing debit/credit card transactions and reconciliation.
Day‑to‑Day- Lottery Draws:
You will use our internal system and procedures to run digital lottery draws for our clients. - Telephone Support:
Supporters may call with a variety of queries, including cancelling subscriptions, complaints, changes of details, and similar. - Mail Opening & Data Entry:
We process physical mail from supporters and ensure each postal entry is counted and appropriately entered into the system.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced administrative environment with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and providing them with empathetic, efficient, and friendly service.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Salary: £24,200 per annum, 37.5 hours per week.
This position is subject to satisfactory Right to Work in the UK and DBS checks.
