This exciting opportunity sits within Digital Services in our newly formed Digital Commissioning Service, a key driver of our Digital Strategy 2025–2029. Built around user needs, collaboration, and data‑led decision‑making, the service enables smarter procurement, stronger supplier relationships, and a more resilient digital infrastructure.

• Lead the shift to outcome‑based procurement focused on user needs.
• Ensure suppliers meet service quality, availability, and innovation standards.
• Introduce SLAs and OLAs to promote governance and service integration.
• Act as a key liaison between Digital Services and Procurement teams.
• Advise on emerging digital products and services.
• Support strategic sourcing and contract management for digital initiatives.
• Embed corporate approaches to supplier relationship management.

• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Experience in digital asset and license management.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
• In‑depth knowledge of public sector procurement regulations.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
