Ole & Steen is looking for a Junior Procurement Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and coordinate activities between suppliers and the UK team. The role supports campaigns and product development initiatives in response to requests from stakeholders within the UK Product and Marketing teams.

You will work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager from the Global Procurement team in Denmark to ensure smooth and efficient supplier collaboration. This role focuses exclusively on Food service products and does not cover packaging or bakery ingredients. It also plays a key part in supporting supplier negotiations and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support NPI activities, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with suppliers and external partners to address day-to-day operational challenges related to ongoing deliveries.
  • Support the Senior Group Procurement Manager in Denmark in driving supplier negotiations and managing tender processes.

  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster and maintain supplier partnerships.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage complex processes, such as the NPI process.
  • Proactive problem-solving, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent teamwork competencies, both within the procurement team and in cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong toolbox, with the ability to optimise and develop professional standards, processes, templates and procedures.
  • Able to work in teams and independently.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
