Zeal Recruitment are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial property project in Ormskirk, Lancashire. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency and meeting project milestones.

As the Site Supervisor you will be expected to be competent in Joinery to help assist with the repair works to the commercial property.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget

• Plan and schedule work, ensuring resources and efficiently allocated and managed.

• Making sure the site is clean and tidy

• Enforce strict adherence to H&S matters onsite

• Monitor construction work meets quality standards

• Address and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays

• Review and approve work completed by subcontractors

• Manage the site team and any site attendance

As a Site Supervisor you will need:

• Excellent leadership skills

• SSSTS or SMSTS, FIRST AID, Asbestos Awareness & CSCS card

• Strong problem solving skills

• High organisation skills
