This established contractor offers comprehensive roofing services including bespoke roofing systems, with particular expertise in refurbishment projects across commercial and industrial sectors.

Manage and oversee commercial roofing contracts from inception to completion, with primary focus on refurbishment projects involving felt and liquid roofing systems.

Coordinate project timelines, liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain quality standards throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities include contract administration, progress monitoring, and ensuring successful project completion within budget and schedule parameters.

• Experience in contracts management within the roofing industry, with knowledge of felt and liquid roofing systems preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety and a strong commercial acumen.
