Job Description
We are expanding our team in the UK within our Glovers company, which is part of the DG Jones & Partners group, and we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support a growing portfolio of exciting UK and international projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost planning, contract administration, and commercial support across a variety of pre- and post-contract assignments.
This role offers excellent long-term career prospects, including opportunities for progression within the DG Jones & Partners global group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying work on JCT and NEC projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and commercial reports.
- Conduct valuations, variations, and cost analysis.
- Provide commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control.
- Support project delivery while maintaining high professional and quality standards.
- Contribute to project planning, cost forecasting, and contractual compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
