As Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams across Design, CVE, Technical Publications, and Test, ensuring all activities comply with EASA Part 21 Subpart J standards. You will provide both strategic direction and hands‑on leadership, maintaining the company’s reputation for engineering excellence while implementing the frameworks needed to support long‑term growth.

• Lead and develop Aerolux’s engineering teams across all disciplines
• Oversee engineering governance under EASA Part 21 Subpart J
• Drive design quality, compliance, and testing standards
• Liaise with aviation authorities and key customers on certification matters
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

• Broad understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in aerospace equipment
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager within a Part 21 or equivalent environment
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 21, TSO/ETSO, and qualification standards (DO‑160, MIL‑STD‑810)
• Strategic and hands‑on leadership skills
• Aerospace background essential, ideally in component or equipment manufacturing
