As a Lead Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

• Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities
• Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
• Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
• Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
• A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
• Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
• Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Strong leadership skills
• Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
