Financial Controller position based in Blackpool A strong package of £65,000 to £75,000 plus benefits alongside hybrid working. About Our Client

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Oversee and lead the finance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost control.

A successful Financial Controller should have :

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in the industrial / manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).

• Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum.
