Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) in Bispham — position with ICare Group.

Shifts:

Zero-Hour Contract, flexible shifts available, Monday to Sunday, 7am – 10pm.

• Provide Personal Care:
  Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Support Daily Living:
  Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Offer Companionship:
  Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
• Conduct Wellbeing Checks:
  Regular checks to ensure safety, comfort, and needs are met.
• Ensure Compliance:

  Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services.

• Experience in Care:
  Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive demeanour with a genuine passion for assisting those in need.
