Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager to plan, implement, and document changes to IT infrastructure
- Support the testing, review, and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Monitor system alerts and take timely action to maintain service availability and performance
- Provide support to the IT Service Desk, offering guidance on infrastructure-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize IT infrastructure, processes, and systems
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
