IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager to plan, implement, and document changes to IT infrastructure
• Support the testing, review, and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
• Act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Monitor system alerts and take timely action to maintain service availability and performance
• Provide support to the IT Service Desk, offering guidance on infrastructure-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize IT infrastructure, processes, and systems
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles

• Windows Server () and Windows 10/11
• Active Directory administration
• Veeam Backup (desired but not essential)
• Linux/Unix administration experience (desired but not essential)
