Legal Officer Litigation

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing local authority based in Greater Manchester
. They are looking for a Legal Officer to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

PAYE (Inc.

Hol) - 22.53 - 31.31 per hour
Umbrella - 25- 35 per hour

• Legal Officer/Paralegal to support with pre-litigation work and civil litigation
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, schedules, and correspondence
• Assist with costs management, billing, and file closure procedures

• Must have a Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
• Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines

• Hybrid working
• Weekly pay
• Flexible hours
